As Portfolio Manager, Ateet leads the M&A function for Vencora, including overseeing the corporate development and M&A execution teams. In his role, Ateet is focused on acquiring and welcoming new insurance and banking technology companies to the Vencora portfolio.
Haig Yapoudjian
Business Development Director
As Director of Corporate Development, Haig oversees corporate development and new business ventures for Vencora's insurance and banking portfolios.
Sam Ghazi
Business Development Manager
Sam joined Vencora in 2024. As Corporate Development Manager, he supports new business leads within North America and the Asia-Pacific region for Vencora.
Ezaan Ulhaq
Business Development Senior Associate
Ezaan joined Vencora in 2023 and supports the corporate development and M&A teams with acquisitions within North America. Prior to joining Vencora, Ezaan worked as a consultant at a leading financial services software company.
