As we reach the midpoint of 2026, we want to highlight some key milestones in the year so far.
Welcoming Kevin Bradley as Vencora’s new CEO
The beginning of 2026 marked an important leadership transition for Vencora as Kevin Bradley joined the organization as CEO.

AI and innovation across the portfolio
Innovation continues to be an important focus across Vencora and its companies. In the first half of this year, Vencora has continued to explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can support stronger operations, better customer experience, and continued product development across the portfolio.
A key part of this work has been the creation of a dedicated AI transformation team and the expansion of our AI Accelerator programs, bringing together business leaders, product teams, and developers to identify practical AI opportunities, prototype solutions, and develop adoption and enablement plans tailored to their businesses. This focus reflects Vencora’s broader approach to AI: helping companies move from exploration to practical application in ways that create meaningful value for their teams and customers.
In the first half of the year, more than 150 active AI initiatives were identified across Vencora’s companies, spanning software development, customer experience, product innovation, process automation, employee productivity, document intelligence, data analysis, and operational efficiency. Together, these initiatives show the breadth of AI implementation across the portfolio and the many ways our companies are exploring AI’s potential to improve how they build, serve customers, and operate.
The following examples highlight how companies across the portfolio are turning AI opportunities into practical solutions for their customers and markets.
Company Watch was recognized at the 2026 CICM British Credit Awards with three wins: Supplier of the Year, Risk Management Team of the Year, and the Technology Development Award. These awards recognized Company Watch’s continued product innovation, including a fraud monitoring solution designed to identify abnormal behavioral patterns as they emerge, and a new AI-driven tool that helps credit and risk professionals access clearer, more actionable insight.

Covenir embraced the potential benefits of AI in insurance operations, including opportunities to support first notice of loss, document handling, quality assurance, analytics, and workflow routing. These advancements show how AI can help improve operational efficiency while keeping customer experience and human judgement at the center.
SSP introduced a new agentic AI solution designed to help insurers configure, validate, and deploy products more quickly while maintaining strict governance and control. The launch reflects how AI can support product development in complex insurance environments, helping teams move faster without losing the structure and oversight required in regulated markets.
In each of these examples and across our portfolio, AI is not being treated as a trend for its own sake. Instead, companies across Vencora are exploring practical applications that support better decision-making, stronger operations, and more useful technology for the specialized markets they serve.
Bringing leadership teams together across Vencora
The first half of 2026 created several opportunities for leaders across Vencora to come together, share ideas, and learn from each other.
In February, Vencora hosted an internal leadership conference in Toronto, bringing together leaders from across the portfolio for focused conversations on business priorities, collaboration, and the opportunities ahead. The event created space for our leaders to step back from day-to-day work, strengthen relationships, and align around the shared principles that guide Vencora’s long-term approach.
Later in the spring, leaders from across Vencora also attended Quadrants, Volaris Group's flagship conference and the world's largest gathering of vertical market software leaders. Held in April in Copenhagen, Quadrants brought together more than 1,600 attendees and featured more than 1,500 sessions, giving Vencora portfolio companies and leaders the opportunity to connect with peers across the Volaris network, exchange ideas, and explore new ways to build stronger businesses. Keynotes, workshop sessions, and events teams explored topics such as leadership, customer experience, operational excellence, product development, AI, and long-term growth.
Both the Toronto leadership conference and Quadrants helped strengthen connections across Vencora and gave leaders valuable insights to strengthen their businesses.

Celebrating Data Action’s first year with Vencora
May marked Data Action’s first anniversary as part of Vencora. Since joining the portfolio, Data Action has continued to focus on what has defined the business for decades: supporting banks, credit unions, and financial services organizations with trusted core and digital banking technology. As the team shared in a recent article, Data Action’s purpose and identity have remained consistent, while its first year with Vencora has created new opportunities to strengthen the business for the future.
The milestone reflects an important part of Vencora’s approach to long-term ownership. Rather than changing what makes a company successful, we provide the support, stability, and shared expertise to help businesses continue building on their existing foundations.
For Data Action, the past year has been about continuity, collaboration, and preparing for sustainable growth. For Vencora, it has been a meaningful example of how companies can maintain their independence and market focus while benefiting from being part of a broader network of financial services technology businesses.
"Our identity, our reason for being, remains exactly the same, What has changed is that we now have the strength and insight of Vencora to back it."
David Cook, CEO, Data Action

Building relationships across the industry globally
Our M&A team continued to stay connected to the broader banking, financial services, and insurance ecosystem through key industry conferences in the first half of the year.
So far in 2026, the team has attended nine conferences across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America, including the Fintech Meetup in Las Vegas, ITC Europe in Barcelona, Insurtech Insights in New York City, and ITC Asia in Singapore, to name a few. These events gave the team opportunities to meet with founders, operators, partners, and industry leaders across the sector.
These conversations help Vencora stay close to the trends shaping the markets we serve, while building relationships with businesses and leaders across specialized financial services technology sectors.

If you are building a software business in banking, financial services, or insurance and want to explore what a permanent, sector-focused home could mean for your company, we would be delighted to start the conversation.
